Youth clothing sits between children's and adult sizing and is labelled differently across regions. The US uses age ranges such as 8 to 10 or letter sizes, while the UK and much of Europe size by the child's height in centimetres, which is why an EU youth size is simply a number like 134 or 146. Because growth is uneven, the height column is the one to trust over the age.
