Privacy policy
The short version: everything runs in your browser, and we do not collect anything you type. Here is the detail.
What we collect
Nothing you enter. Every converter and calculator on SizeCharts runs entirely in your browser using static tables built into the page. The sizes and measurements you type are never sent to a server, never stored and never shared, because there is no server-side processing involved at all.
Cookies and tracking
We do not set advertising or tracking cookies and we do not run third-party analytics that profile you. The only thing we store locally is your light or dark theme choice, kept in your browser using local storage so the site remembers your preference. That value never leaves your device and you can clear it any time by clearing site data.
Hosting and logs
The site is served as static files from a content delivery network. Like any web host, the network may keep basic technical request logs, such as anonymised IP address and requested URL, for security and reliability. We do not use these to identify or profile individuals.
The JSON API
The free JSON API serves static files. Requests to it are ordinary web requests and are not tied to any account, because there are no accounts.
Changes
If this policy changes, the update will appear here with a new date below. Since the site collects nothing you type, changes are likely to be minor clarifications.
